Even to your old age and gray hairs I am he, I am he who will sustain you. I have made you and I will carry you; I will sustain you and I will rescue you – Isaiah 46:4

God is not a man to forget His promise, He will not repent on the promise He has decreed over our lives. In verse for today, He gives us a blessed assurance that He will be with us even to our old age. He will sustain us and will not relent because it is He who made us, we are His responsibility.

In Deuteronomy 34:7, we learn that when Moses was 120 years, he was still very strong and healthy, his eyes had not gone dim nor had his natural force abated. We learn also in the book of Joshua of God’s promise to be with him (Joshua) just as he was with Moses. That promise is for all who decide to walk with God and obey His calling – He is telling you today, just us He was with Moses, so will He be with you.

From your birth to old age, your strength will not be abated, your eyes will not go dim. God will sustain you and ensure that all that concerns you has been settled. I pray that our hearts will be opened fully to this blessing and we will receive it with all the grace there is, in Jesus name. Amen.
